CHICAGO - January 23, 2013 - First Analysis Securities Corp. acted as the co-lead placement agent in an $11 million private placement for MRI Interventions, a commercial-stage medical device company enabling a range of minimally invasive procedures in the brain. As part of this investment, the company issued common stock and warrants to purchase common stock.
